Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.
Must have skills : Mainframe Application Performance Optimization
Good to have skills : Database Management, Database Activity Monitoring
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of deployment activities by carefully planning and managing schedules, budgets, and resources. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of deployment efforts. Monitoring progress against the deployment plan and making necessary adjustments to maintain momentum and quality are key aspects of the daily routine. Additionally, the Deployment Lead oversees training initiatives and pilot programs to facilitate smooth transitions and successful implementation across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure deployment activities are synchronized and risks are mitigated.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing deployment outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Management, Database Activity Monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize mainframe applications effectively.
- Ability to interpret complex system metrics and translate them into actionable deployment strategies.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules and coordinating resources across multiple teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during deployment phases.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
