Contexte


Le Functional Safety Competence Centre (FuSa CC) du CTO de NXP est une organisation d’ingénierie centrale responsable de l’architecture et de la gestion de la sécurité fonctionnelle pour les activités Automotive, Edge, Audio, Analog et Radar Processing de NXP.

L’équipe développe des solutions de sécurité fonctionnelle couvrant une large gamme de produits SoC, allant des dispositifs à faible consommation et sensibles aux coûts jusqu’aux systèmes hautement intégrés, multi-domaines et à hautes performances, conformes aux dernières normes de sécurité automobile et industrielle.

Ce poste offre l’opportunité de travailler aux côtés d’architectes et d’ingénieurs expérimentés en sécurité fonctionnelle sur les produits semi-conducteurs automobiles et industriels de nouvelle génération.


Missions


  • Définir et développer un agent IA pour la formation à la sûreté de fonctionnement des équipes de développement, des équipes marketing et sales, et du management
  • Développer un outil de suivi statistique de l’utilisation de cet agent AI
  • Identifier et comprendre les databases internes (documents techniques, process NXP, formations existantes, etc.) ou externes (normes type ISO 26262, ISO 22440, IEC 61508, publications, etc.) pour fournir un apprentissage à l’agent AI
  • Proposer des améliorations sur l'offre de formation sûreté de fonctionnement et les documentations internes dans laquelle s'intégrera cet agent IA
  • Identifier l’outil sur lequel développer l’agent AI
  • Développer le GUI pour l’agent AI
  • Aligner la stratégie avec les interlocuteurs internes (worldwide)

Profil


  • Bac+5, dernière année d’école d’ingénieur électronique ou informatique
  • Connaissances du fonctionnement des outils d’intelligence artificielle
  • Connaissance d’un langage de programmation (Java, Python, HTML, PhP) pour le développement d’un GUI
  • Une connaissance de base des normes de Sûreté de Fonctionnement (par exemple ISO 26262 ou IEC 61508) constitue un atout
  • Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et d’innovation
  • Capacité à collaborer avec une équipe internationale dans un environnement dynamique
  • Bon niveau d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Context


NXP's CTO Functional Safety Competence Centre (FuSa CC) is a central engineering organization responsible for safety architecture and management for NXP's Automotive, Edge, Audio, Analog and Radar Processing business lines.

The team develops functional safety solutions covering a wide range of SoC products, from cost-sensitive and low-power devices to highly integrated, high-performance, multi-domain devices compliant with the latest automotive and industrial safety standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced safety architects and engineers on next-generation automotive and industrial semiconductor products.


Missions


  • Define and develop an AI agent for functional safety training targeted at development teams, marketing and sales teams, and management
  • Develop a statistical tracking tool to monitor the usage of this AI agent.
  • Identify and understand internal databases and knowledge sources (technical documentation, NXP processes, existing trainings, etc.) as well as external sources (standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 22440, IEC 61508, publications, etc.) to provide training data and knowledge for the AI agent
  • Propose improvements to the functional safety training offering and the related internal documentation in which this AI agent will be integrated
  • Identify the most suitable platform and toolset for developing the AI agent
  • Develop the AI agent’s graphical user interface (GUI).
  • Align the strategy with internal stakeholders worldwide

Profile


  • Final-year Master's degree student (M.Sc.) in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and tools
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, HTML, PHP) for GUI development
  • Basic knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262 or IEC 61508) would be considered an asset
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and strong innovation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an international team in a dynamic environment
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
