Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Tester with 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing and ensure the stability of software releases.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Software Tester with 10 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance and/or security testing.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
