Job Description

NVIDIA’s DRIVE and Jetson platforms are the brains of physical AI. Cameras are its eyes. Better image quality leads to smarter outcomes: a robot choosing the right part, a car recognizing pedestrians at dusk, and a surgeon seeing tissue in detail. Our Image Quality team makes this possible with the Image Signal Processor and AI inside NVIDIA’s system-on-chip. Our mission is image quality that sets the benchmark for people and AI models, within reach of every developer.

We are hiring a Senior Manager to lead our Sensor Image Quality ecosystem program team. The team works with customers and partners advancing physical AI, from simulation to real-world deployment, on everything from drones and AMRs to humanoid robots and autonomous vehicles. They include AI developers, sensor and module vendors, robotics and automotive OEMs, and tuning partners across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our camera ecosystem is growing fast. We’re meeting that growth with AI-assisted and self-serve tools, so every partner can deliver great image quality on their own. Come help define how physical AI sees the world!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Recruit, grow, and lead a team of TPMs running image quality programs across Jetson and DRIVE.
  • Set priorities across the camera ecosystem portfolio, direct engineering time, and represent NVIDIA in executive-level meetings.
  • Lead the launch of a partner image quality certification program and AI-powered tuning tools.
  • Own image quality readiness and critical issues for each software release.
  • Build agentic AI workflows that scale bug triage, partner feedback, and support across the ecosystem.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Imaging Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in software, imaging, or technical program management, including 3+ years managing TPMs or engineers.
  • Familiarity with image sensors, the ISP pipeline, and image quality evaluation.
  • Proven experience delivering embedded software or SDK releases with external partners, from startups to global OEMs, and presenting to partner executives.
  • Hands-on use of agentic AI in program management, and judgment about where it fails.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on ISP tuning, camera characterization, or image quality lab experience.
  • Experience launching a partner certification or developer program.
  • Camera programs in automotive and robotics, ideally on NVIDIA Jetson or DRIVE camera software (Argus, SIPL).

With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package (www.nvidiabenefits.com ), we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to outstanding growth, our best-in-class engineering teams are rapidly growing. If you're a creative and autonomous engineer with a real passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until October 12, 2026.
