ESG supports a variety of government customers spanning technology domains, and is a fast-paced, responsive development environment delivering new capabilities to customers rapidly and affordably. The ESG portfolio consists of a range of platforms and technologies including the X-37B, the world’s first fully autonomous reusable spaceplane, which recently launched on its 8th mission. This position is 100% onsite at Kennedy Space Center, FL.
The ideal candidate will utilize manufacturing operations knowledge and business acumen to partner with cross functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. (Primarily 1st shift, 2nd shift or split shift support may be required based on program requirements)
This worksite participates in Boeing’s 9/80 schedule rotation. 9/80 is a rotation in which employees can work 9 hour shifts, 8 days per pay period (bi-weekly) and receive every other Friday off.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Top Secret Clearance/SCI Pre-Start and final U.S. Top Secret Clearance/SCI Post-Start is required.
