As the Manager — IT & Network, you will own and operate the IT helpdesk and network services ChargePoint. You will lead a team of IT engineers, network engineers, and helpdesk staff to deliver reliable, secure, and well-managed technology services that keep the business running.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of enterprise IT operations — from end-user computing and service desk performance to network availability, security posture, and vendor coordination. You will work closely with global IT and Information Security leadership to align operations with company-wide standards and initiatives.
This role requires someone who is hands-on with infrastructure and security technologies, comfortable managing teams, and able to balance operational demands with improvement projects.
