We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Jr. Manager to join our team in Mexico City. This position will be responsible for strengthening relationships with Nissan importers across Latin America, ensuring compliance with brand standards, maximizing commercial performance, and supporting the execution of regional sales strategies. The role plays a key part in driving business growth, importer profitability, and customer satisfaction across assigned markets.

The Regional Sales Jr. Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Importer partners to identify opportunities, optimize business performance, and implement strategies that support Nissan's regional objectives.

A Day in the Life:

  • Ensure and follow up on the fulfillment of commitments for assigned markets and importers.
  • Coordinate with NIBU teams to guarantee the successful implementation of monthly business strategies.
  • Monitor and manage action plans aligned with regional priorities and business objectives.
  • Support the development of executive presentations and strategic materials.
  • Ensure importers operate in compliance with Nissan brand standards, including dealer network development requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with distributors to support market growth and performance.
  • Identify, report, and maximize sales opportunities and operational improvements across assigned markets.
  • Monitor business KPIs including sales funnel performance, sales satisfaction index, and profitability metrics.
  • Review point-of-sale performance and ensure compliance with carflow processes.
  • Analyze feedback from sales teams and adapt commercial strategies based on market realities and customer needs.
  • Monitor logistics and inventory information to maximize commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, sales, marketing, product planning, pricing, or related roles within the automotive industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of MPR (Milestone Product Reference) and/or vehicle pricing processes.
  • Experience developing and executing commercial strategies for products and markets.
  • Knowledge of new product commercialization, positioning, and business case development.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, market trends, and product competitiveness analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Experience working effectively in multicultural and international environments.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
    Experience in sales or marketing within Latin American markets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or commercial management platforms.
  • Experience supporting regional business operations and importer management.
  • Knowledge of dealer network operations and development.
  • Experience analyzing sales performance, market share, and commercial opportunities.
