Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Veeva CRM Test Manager a typical day will be to lead end-to-end quality assurance for implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases in a regulated life sciences environment. The role owns test strategy, execution governance, validation, release readiness, stakeholder reporting, and leadership of distributed teams. Key Competencies include Quality ownership, delivery accountability, risk management, Strategic planning, practical execution, Team leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder influence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise test strategy, governance, scope, estimates, budget, schedule, resources, quality gates, and release readiness.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, security, performance, and UAT across Veeva CRM releases.
- Oversee testing of core commercial processes, including accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and offline scenarios.
- Govern validation of Salesforce and enterprise integrations, including MDM, ERP, data warehouses, identity services, content repositories, and third-party platforms.
- Drive risk-based testing, requirements traceability, test reviews, defect governance, root-cause analysis, and quality sign-off.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, environments, test data, deployment validation, production verification, and hypercare.
- Report quality metrics, risks, recommendations, and release decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Lead distributed teams, manage vendors, develop capability, and improve automation, regression coverage, tools, and processes.
- On-time test completion and release-quality gates.
- Strong coverage, audit-ready traceability, and early risk mitigation.
- Fewer escaped defects, recurring issues, and regression effort.
- Timely critical-defect resolution, clear reporting, and improved team efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Veeva CRM, Salesforce, ISTQB, Agile, or test-management certification.
- Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud capabilities, iOS offline testing, quality dashboards, or executive reporting.
- Exposure API, database, performance, accessibility, and security testing.
- Proven delivery leadership for Veeva CRM programs in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or life sciences environments.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM commercial processes, configuration-driven implementations, Salesforce architecture, integrations, and complex releases.
- Expertise in test strategy, estimation, resource and vendor management, defect governance, traceability, risk-based testing, and release approval.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Zephyr, or equivalent tools, plus working knowledge of Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, and validated delivery models strong understanding of GxP, CSV, ALCOA+, data integrity, and audit controls.
- Strong leadership, financial and delivery management, analytical, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.

Additional Information:
- 10–15 years of software testing or quality engineering experience, including at least 3 years as a Test Manager or senior Test Lead.
- This position is based at our Accenture office.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
