- Configure and maintain core Workday HCM components, including supervisory organizations, job families, positions, location hierarchies, and worker profiles.
- Design, build, and optimize Workday Business Processes (BPs) (e.g., Hire, Transfer, Promote, Terminate, Job Change) using condition rules and validation logic.
- Manage domain and business process security policies, ensuring appropriate role-based access control and data privacy compliance.
- Define and enforce configuration design patterns that ensure scalability, reusability, and maintainability
- Serve as a key technical authority for Core HCM design decisions, guiding trade-offs between business requirements, system capabilities, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Ensure alignment of HCM and core configurations with global policies, regulatory requirements, and downstream dependencies (e.g., payroll)
Solution Design & Delivery Leadership
- Engage with Human Resources stakeholders to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and guide toward scalable, platform-aligned solutions
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Workday HCM related initiatives, including design, build, testing, and deployment readiness
- Translate complex business rules, policies, and regulatory requirements into structured, scalable system configurations
- Provide technical leadership across workstreams, ensuring consistency and quality of solutions delivered by the team
- Support and guide analysts in solution design and configuration, ensuring alignment with platform standards
