Job purpose:

As a Wireline Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of Wireline services. Acting as the primary liaison between customers, operations teams, and product lines, you will coordinate service execution from planning through post-job evaluation, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and contract compliance.

In this critical role, you will drive flawless service delivery, optimize resource utilization, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to business growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and financial performance.

 Service Delivery & Operations

• Coordinate the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of Wireline, Logging, and Tractor operations.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Manage job schedules, equipment allocation, personnel readiness, and operational logistics to support on-time service delivery.
• Monitor job execution and proactively address operational risks and challenges.

 

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service delivery activities.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers to ensure clear expectations and alignment throughout service execution.
• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships by delivering high-quality support and responsive solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and continuous performance improvement.

 

Commercial & Financial Performance

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, pricing agreements, and service scope requirements.
• Support revenue recognition, invoicing accuracy, and timely cash collection activities.
• Monitor operational and financial performance indicators to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and create additional value for customers.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Product Line, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication across organizational boundaries to resolve issues and improve operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency.

 

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

 

• Ensure full compliance with customer requirements, company policies, industry regulations, and HSE standards.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, safety, and accountability.
• Conduct service reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive corrective actions and process enhancements to improve service quality and operational outcomes.

 Fuel your passion:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
• Advanced English Level.
• Experience in Wireline operations, Well Intervention, Oilfield Services, or Service Delivery Management.
• Strong understanding of Wireline service execution, operational planning, and customer support.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic operational environment.

 

Preferred

• Experience with Logging OH/CH, Perforating, Tractor, or Advanced Wireline services.
• Knowledge of contract management and service delivery processes.
• Understanding of commercial performance metrics and operational KPIs.
