Payroll operations delivery for Switzerland aligned to outsourced payroll administration, employee support, reporting, controls and service management activities.

Key Responsibilities

·       Payroll administration and employee support

·       Absence, sickness and leave administration

·       Payslip generation and payroll outputs

·       Reporting, KPI preparation and reconciliations

·       Controls, compliance support and continuous improvement

·       Stakeholder management and service delivery

Systems Used

ABACUS, HR-Suite, ASES, Grape, UKA, SUVA, AK71, SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint

Qualifications

Payroll/HR Operations experience, strong reporting and controls knowledge, stakeholder management, Excel and payroll systems expertise.
