SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises 10-15 student worker and volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Bachelor's degree in Music, Hospitality Management, Arts Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in customer service, event management, and staff supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Or, six (6) years of equivalent relevant work experience in customer service, event management, and staff supervision.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The working environment for this position is primarily a climate-controlled setting with moderate noise levels, typical of an event venue or office. However, this role requires frequent work during evening hours and at events that may have low lighting conditions. Additionally, the position involves facilitating events outdoors on occasion. This role also includes standing and walking for extended periods, and navigating crowded areas.
Employee is required to travel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one’s personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Proof of a valid driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee’s position.

Pay Range
Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure.
The position may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.
