Data we use
DomiSolve uses your account profile, resume text, parsed resume skills, job preferences, saved jobs, application pipeline events, and billing status to provide matching and resume-tailoring features.
How DomiSolve handles account data, resumes, job preferences, generated resumes, and application activity.
DomiSolve uses your account profile, resume text, parsed resume skills, job preferences, saved jobs, application pipeline events, and billing status to provide matching and resume-tailoring features.
Uploaded resumes are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Parsed resume data is used for fit scoring, skill matching, and tailored resume generation.
The product may use Supabase for database/auth/storage, OpenRouter-compatible AI providers for parsing and generation, Trigger.dev for scheduled jobs, Upstash for cache/rate limiting, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for hosting.
Recruiters only see you in two situations. First, if you apply to a job they posted, they see that application together with your name, email, resume and parsed skills. Second, if you switch on “Let approved recruiters find me” under Settings → Privacy, approved recruiters with an active subscription can find you in their candidate directory and see your name, email, phone, links, work authorisation and resume. That setting is off by default, applies only to approved recruiters, and takes effect immediately in both directions when you change it.
Job digests and saved-search alerts are sent only when you enable them. Every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in, and you can also turn them off under Settings → Notifications.
You can replace your resume, update preferences, control recruiter visibility, and manage billing from the dashboard. For deletion or export requests, contact support@domisolve.com.
Upload your resume once, then use fit scores and filters to focus on roles that actually match.
